Healthy Eating Every Day

A program helping people improve their lives through better eating.

Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) is a behavior change program designed to improve quality of life through better eating.

HEED differs from other nutrition programs because it focuses on the underlying causes of unhealthy eating and allows participants to customize the program to their needs.

Participants choose which goals they want to address. They learn to apply HEED’s behavior change skills to the particular aspedcts of their diets that they need to change.

Participants will learn to practice portion control limit calorie-dense foods and accumulate at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity daily.

The cost is $30 for the 14-week class, includes one-on-one health coaching opportunities, a support group and the ability to retake the course as often as they like. Members pay at the first class by either check or cash.
