Henry Community Health’s HealthRidge Gym at Forest Ridge Medical Pavilion has resumed one-on-one appointments and is open for members. The gym will be open Monday-Thursday from 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday 5:30 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m.-noon.
The gym will operate at a 25 person capacity and workouts will be limited to one hour. Participants will be required to wear a mask and sanitize all gym equipment after each use.
At this time, aerobic and aquatic classes will remain closed, as will locker room showers.
Rock Steady Boxing classes have resumed for patients with Parkinson’s disease. You may call 765-521-1216 for a free evaluation or to join a class.
