Prenatal classes
Sufficient prenatal education is proven to increase the likelihood of a healthy birth weight and optimal wellness in newborns, as well as the health of the mother postpartum. Our prenatal class prepares you for labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Our comprehensive class covers techniques, benefits, and insurance coverage for pumps. A feeding support group meets twice a month.
