MyHealtheLife Will Replace
The MyHealth Patient Portal
As part of this change the new patient portal will be MyHealtheLife which will replace MyHealth.
- We will no longer send your health information to MyHealth as it will now be sent to the new MyHealtheLife
- You may continue to use MyHealth if you currently are enrolled. Beginning Sept. 19 if you visit the MyHealth site (URL) you will land on a page that will allow you to access your account via the No More Clipboard log in page.
- You will have access to all of your current data on MyHealth as long as you choose to keep it.
- You may call NoMoreClipboard at 877.643.3463 anytime to delete your account or you can delete your account by going to the “update account” section.
