Adjust tones as needed for consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a subtle warm overlay to unify photos and tie into the brand\u2019s yellow-green palette without directly using those colors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favor authentic, candid moments rather than posed or \u201cstock-looking\u201d photos. Avoid subjects staring directly at the camera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use shallow depth of field (blurred backgrounds) to maintain focus on people and to avoid showing specific hospital details when using stock images.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whenever possible, feature real Henry Community Health team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All team members <strong>must have <\/strong>a signed consent on file with the marketing department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All photos used for marketing, including but&nbsp;not limited to patients, families, and team members, (including social media) must be approved by the marketing&nbsp;team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People should appear friendly, confident, and approachable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imagery should represent healthcare services accurately and inclusively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All photography used in any Henry Community Health materials, communications, or platforms must receive prior approval from the marketing department before use<\/strong>. This includes but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital assets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media posts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No exceptions will be made to this approval process.
