Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) is a behavior change program designed to improve quality of life through better eating.
HEED differes from other nutrition programs because it focuses on the underlying causes of unhealthy eating and allows participants to customize the program to their needs.
Participants choose which goals they want to address. They learn to apply HEED’s behavior change skills to the particular aspects of their diets that they need to change. Participants will learn to practice portion control, limit calorie-dense foods and accumulate at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity daily.
Cost is $30 for the 12-week class, includes one-on-one health coaching opportunities, NEW monthly workshops and the ability to retake the course as often as you like. Members pay at the first class by either check or cash.
