DESCRIPTION:We want to make you and your support person feel confident as you enter the last few weeks of your pregnancy! This class is designed to get you accustomed to our facilities at Henry Community Health and provide you with any last-minute information regarding your delivery\, birth plan\, and care after your hospital stay. \nDuring this class you will: \n\nUnderstand the labor and delivery process for vaginal and C-section deliveries\nLearn about pain management during and after delivery\nLearn how to care for yourself and your baby\nTour the Women and Children’s unit to familiarize yourself with your birth care center\n\nThis class is recommended for those between 29-33 weeks and is offered in a one-day Saturday session or 3 weeknight sessions throughout the month.
