A Patient Representative may visit you during your Hospital stay to inquire about your satisfaction with our services and direct any concerns you may have to an appropriate staff member.

Henry Community Health also uses a formal survey process where patients may receive a questionnaire in the mail after discharge. We encourage you to complete and return the questionnaire to the survey company.

We will use this information – both complaints and compliments – to improve our services and compare our performance against other hospitals. We encourage and thank you for your participation.
