ClaimAid
Confused? Have lots of questions? Our patient financial advocates are here to help. Schedule a free consultation with a member of HCH’s ClaimAid team— 765-599-3146 or 765-599-3179 —for help exploring coverage options for you and your family’s medical care.
Our patient financial advocates work one-on-one with patients, helping them explore insurance plan options, submit applications, and understand their coverage benefits. They also support Medicaid recipients, Social Security Disability applicants, and pregnant women in need.

If you’re uninsured, HCH’s NeedyMeds program may be able to help you with one-time prescription assistance. Call 765-521-1542 for information.

FAQs about financial assistance
A 30% self-pay discount is given on all self-pay accounts.
HCH does allow payment plans to be set up for a maximum of 36 months at 0% interest. You can set up a payment plan online via our payment portal or you can contact the business office at 765-521-1516 for assistance.
Patient balances resulting from limited or no insurance coverage may qualify for financial assistance. If you would like more information on this program, please contact the business office (765-521-1516).
