Parking for IU Ball Cancer Center and Healthridge is located in the lower level parking lot at the rear of the campus. All other patients may use the upper level parking lot near the main entrance of Forest Ridge.
Prepare for Your Appointment
Please plan to arrive at our facility 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for any needed paperwork and check-in procedures. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice. In the event of an emergency or last-minute need, call the office as soon as possible so that we can work with you to reschedule your appointment.
