Billing and Insurance
We thank you for choosing Henry Community Health for your healthcare needs. Many of your questions may be answered here, but if they aren’t please contact us for further assistance.
Call us at 765-521-1516 or 866-442-8510
As we understand medical expenses are usually unexpected, we offer payment arrangements for individuals who cannot pay the balance of their bill in total. With this plan an individual can take a period of time, based on the account balance, to pay their obligation with no interest charges. If you would like to discuss our payment arrangement plans, please contact our Business Office at 765-521-1516.
In addition to cash, personal checks and money orders, for your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit card payments or you may pay your bill online. Each monthly statement will indicate your own personalized web address (URL) where you may conduct your transaction in a secure environment. Your unique URL and password are communicated to you on each statement in the box titled Pay Online.
A new URL and password are generated for each statement. Be sure to only use the one on the most recent statement.
You also may contact our Business Office with your credit or debit card information.
