I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who’s passionate about helping people feel supported and understood. I believe healing starts with real connection — the kind that makes you feel safe to be yourself. I love what I do, and I find deep joy in walking alongside folks as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me planning my next travel adventure, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or curled up with a good book.

Why did you decide to go into healthcare?
I went into healthcare because I was inspired by a family member who was in the medical field. She was a loving and caring person whom I admired greatly.
Why did you choose to work at HCH?
I chose to work at Henry Community Health because I care about the community and the values upheld by HCH.
