Kaden B. Jordan, MD
I am from St. George, Utah. I come from a family with 5 children and am the second oldest. I met my now wife when we were in high school at the age of 16 and we were married 4 years later. We have been married for 15 years. I have 3 children, 2 girls and a boy that keep me very busy! I also have 2 dogs, and a parrot as well as a few chickens. I went to medical school in Salt Lake City, Utah, and family medicine residency in Muncie, IN, through IU School of Medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital. My family and I loved Indiana and decided to stay. I love outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, and paddle boarding along with spending time with my wife and children.
About Kaden B. Jordan
Why did you decide to go into healthcare?
I chose to go into healthcare because I saw what it was like to be a patient and to have a provider that dismisses and does not take your concerns seriously. I wanted to create a safe place where patients could come, share their concerns, and work together to find answers. I love to meet new people, hear about their life, and help them achieve their health goals.
Why did you choose to work at HCH?
I wanted to stay in central Indiana and interviewed at a few different places. Henry Community Health had a great support system and really showed they cared about their employees and patients. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I felt like I was a valued member of a team the moment I met someone. They are very supportive and care about my career goals.
