I was born and raised in Wayne County, Indiana. I worked in a healthcare facility in Wayne County for over 35 years with 18 years of critical care experience as an RN. I have been a certified nurse practitioner since 2017. Family is very important to me. I’ve been married for over 30 years with three children and two grandchildren.

Why did you decide to go into healthcare?

Caring for my grandfather who had a stroke with paralysis and cancer led me towards a nursing career. I also have a lot of family members that are in the medical field.

Why did you chose to work at HCH?

HCH employees treat everyone like family. It is important to me to work in an environment where there is a commitment for excellent compassionate care for patients and HCH has those standards.
