I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Consultant IV, passionate about supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and co-occurring disorders.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed and grounded in evidenced-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating recovery, managing mental health challenges, or seeking personal growth, I provide a safe, supportive space, where healing can begin and progress can thrive.

I chose to work in the mental health field because of my passion to help others overcome challenges.

I chose to work at HCH because of the need for more service providers within this rural community and HCH affords me an opportunity to continue to gain knowledge and experience in an ever-evolving field.
