Fun water workouts – Hit the pool for gentle resistance and cardio sessions—you’ll be surprised by the number of calories you can burn by splashing around or just walking in the water.
Physician supervision – For patients diagnosed with cancer, Parkinson’s, neurological conditions, and heart disease, HCH offers exercise-based rehab programs and individual training monitored by a doctor.
