Henry Community Health offers a comprehensive cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program designed to support recovery after heart-related issues. Their specialized care team works with patients to develop personalized exercise plans, provide education, and monitor progress to help restore heart health and improve quality of life.
While we partner with Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent – New Castle Heart Care for many heart health needs, you can receive a heart scan from the Henry Community Health Imaging department, located on the ground floor of the hospital. Henry Community Health offers these tests at just $49, with no referral required. To schedule an appointment, call the Henry Community Health Imaging department at 765-521-1415.
