Our Aerobics classes can improve your cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and increase bone density. Our aerobics studio has a specially designed floor to lessen impact on your ankles and knees.
You may mix and match the classes and times you want. Classes are open to anyone ages 13 and above.

Cost Hour Sessions:
$50 for 15 sessions (This includes any combination of Aerobic and Aquatics hour classes.) Our Aerobics/Aquatics card lets you choose any combination of 15, one-hour classes. The cards never expire.
*Special Program and +Master Classes are excluded from mix and match class cards.
No prescription is necessary; however, you must fill out a ParQ readiness form. We will send this form to your physician, as we need physician approval for you to participate.
This is a full hour of comprehensive exercise! 20/20/20 includes 20 minutes of warm-up, stretches, and upper body resistance training, 20 minutes of core and abdominal work, and 20 minutes of Pilates. This class is appropriate for the beginner or advanced. Contract and elongate muscles for a lean muscle tone! (Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 pm-6:00 pm)
An hour class of Body Sculpting. See results in six weeks! Get the most bang for your buck by incorporating basic, methodical moves with Spri weighted bars! Sculpt muscles, challenge cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, and improve balance at a beginner level. (Tuesday & Thursday 5:50 pm-6:45 pm)
Back to the Basics! This is a 30-minute class at half the cost of Aerobic/Aquatic punch-cards. Increase intensity at your own pace. A great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn 275-375 calories in just 30 minutes. (Not offered at this time)
*Country Line Dance
Kick up your boots and DANCE your way to better health! This hour class is for anyone ages 13 and above who loves to dance…or wants to learn. This is a fun way to help reduce stress, increase energy, improve strength, muscle tone, and coordination, and improve overall cardiovascular health. This *special program class cost $30/eight sessions (one session per week), requires you to pre-pay / pre-register to participate. Tuesday 6:46-7:45 pm (Advanced) / March 3-April 28, 2020)
Dance2Fit is a one-hour high-intensity workout that will help you get your desired results by mixing aerobic dancing with fitness. This will help you burn the most calories while toning your body at the same time. (Not offered at this time)
Uniquely mixes Pilates, boxing and dance moves into a fat burning, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout within a fun, and challenging class format. It blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility benefits of Pilates. This class also offers the option to incorporate the use of weighted gloves, which add to workout by toning the upper body and maximizing cardiovascular health. (Not offered at this time)
Tabata is a 30-minute, High Intensity Interval [HIIT] class that challenges at every fitness level. Research shows Tabata burns the highest amount of calories in the shortest amount of time (i.e., 435 per 1/2 hr.). This class utilizes each individual’s maximal effort for short durations (20 seconds) with quick recovery intervals and only six stations (including resistance, cardio, plyo, core, and boxing drills). *This special program cost $32/eight classes (HCH Employees Cost: Total package – $5/pay). Inital equipment expense: $12.50 gel wrap gloves + $15 boxing gloves. This class requires you to pre-pay / pre-register to participate. (Class starts April 7-April 30, 2020, Tuesday & Thursday 5:15-5:50 pm).
Yoga 101 is and introductory series for people who are new to Yoga. This class provides an essential foundation for Yoga and will consist of an introduction to yoga history and philosophy, as well as teach basic Yoga postures (asanas) and breath work. This +master class specifically designed for those who are new to the art. Cost is $25/eight sessions (one session per week), requires you to pre-pay / pre-register to participate. (Monday 6-7 pm, April 20- June 15, 2020)
