Since joining the HCH OB/GYN Team nearly a year ago, Chrissy has made an incredible impact on our community. Her arrival has enabled us to expand our services to include midwifery care, providing our patients with more comprehensive maternal health options.
The addition of midwife services at HCH represents our ongoing commitment to patient-centered care that addresses the diverse needs of our community. Chrissy embodies the perfect balance of medical expertise and genuine human connection that defines exceptional midwifery.

About the DAISY Award
The DAISY Award was established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes, who died from complications of an auto-immune disease. The Barnes family was deeply touched by the compassionate care Patrick received from his nurses and created this international award to say “thank you” to nurses everywhere.
Being selected as a DAISY Award recipient from nominees across the globe is a remarkable achievement that speaks to Chrissy’s exceptional standards of care.
