Henry Community Health provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters, Sorenson VRS and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
Families and visitors in the Hospital have access to a Sorenson VRS public booth at the front Lobby Information Desk. Patients admitted to the hospital can have Sorenson VRS set up in their room for use and equipment is available for Emergency Department use. If you are hearing impaired and use a Sorenson unit you may call the Hospital operator at 765.521.0890. To contact the hospital via TDD, call 765.599.3484.
Henry Community Health also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and Information written in other languages.

- For physician offices let the office where you have an appointment know your needs at the time you make an appointment or at least 24 hours before your appointment.
