Kyle W. Siewert, MD
I love taking care of patients. I am thankful every day that I get to make a positive impact in my patient’s lives. I love the challenges with which my patients sometimes present. I can promise you that I’ll give your situation and condition my total attention as I evaluate what options we may have to improve your quality of life. I may not always tell you what you want to hear, but I promise I will give you my honest assessment as we both search for the most reasonable treatment options with the highest chance of success.
I am a husband, and a father of 3, and love being involved in my community. I’ve really enjoyed coaching youth baseball over the past 6 years. I love finding the golf course when there’s any extra time. I look forward to meeting you and seeing what I can do to help you.
About Dr. Siewert
Why did you decide to go into healthcare?
I always loved sports and I did well in school. As I explored career choices, I found Orthopedic Surgery to be something that blended science with athletics and mobility. I started job shadowing local orthopedic surgeons and I fell in love with the career. I knew I wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon by the time I entered college.
Why did you chose to work at HCH?
I grew up in this community. During my college years, I worked as a phlebotomist and lab technician at HCH. I’ve had a relationship with our administration at HCH since those years and have developed a tremendous amount of respect and trust in our healthcare system. One of the best things about my job is hearing my patients go on and on about how much they loved their nurses, physical therapists, and all those who took care of them around the time of their surgery.
